Bidirectional admissions logic
A referral that clears in admissions writes the admission back to the clinical record, and a bed that opens in the record reopens the slot in admissions, through our own API. Both ends are ours, so there is no third-party connector in between.
Alumni and aftercare, connected
Discharge is not the end of the record. Alumni status, check-ins, and re-engagement live on the same patient, so the outreach team works from the clinical timeline instead of a separate list.
The same vPROMove patient app
One app carries every patient from admission through alumni. The phone clients already use for scheduling and check-ins is the same one that carries aftercare, so nothing gets rebuilt at discharge.
